Colleen Wiginton’s experience is well-rounded and consumer-centered. A broker for over 30 years, she has worked in many aspects of the real estate business – from office management, to property management, to listings & sales. Colleen believes in life-long learning and has earned the GRI, CRS, and SFR designations. Her approaches to real estate and life are the same – embracing changes and challenges whole-heartedly. Dedicated to service, Colleen currently serves as the Fresno Association of REALTORS ® President 2015. She was honored by her peers as the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year.
