Realty Concepts was founded in 1991 by John Shamshoian. Shamshoian dreamed of a different kind of real estate company, one that focused solely on work ethic and professionalism and let the bottom line worry about itself. More than two decades later, that dream is the engine that drives the Central Valley’s premier real estate brokerage.
